Counselling for Adults 18+

I am an experienced qualified Psychodynamic counsellor, offering therapy to adults in Weston-Super-Mare, and from the surrounding area. My consulting room in Weston, is large enough to accommodate social distancing measures and are wheelchair accessible.

I offer a non-judgmental space to enable you to talk about whatever is making your life difficult.

Getting Started

If you are feeling “stuck”, unable to make sense of something, it can seem overwhelming; talking together can enable you to move out of that position. Whether you are living with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, OCD, PTSD, combat stress, struggling with decision making, bereavement or loss in all its many forms; talking with a trained counsellor can be beneficial for you and those closest to you.

My Offer

I am a qualified Psychodynamic therapist, I work psychodynamically, meaning I offer you a space to explore your problems in a way that refers to your past, thinking about potential conflicts or issues that are relevant to your life as it is now.

I will work with all forms of difference sensitively in the room.

Introductory meetings are £25, standard sessions are £50, both are 50 minutes in duration. 
 

I offer ongoing therapy, however, with discussion I can offer short time-limited counselling.

I am not currently offering therapy to children and young people.
